I bought the domain name JapanLabs.org to use for the JapanLabs social network over at ning.com.
Japanlabs.org has been set to redirect there so you can use that. Seems easier than entering japanlabs.ning.com
It works! … but the site is undergoing maintenance. Bad timing on my part I guess.
Ning has too much maintenance going on. I guess that is the problem ever social networking site faces as it has to scale.
Which reminds me, have you noticed scaling problems with SWCMS?
Not yet, but I’ve heard of similar sites that struggle with tens of thousands of submitted stories. We shall see…
